Nathaniel Cleaver I have been working at Newman's for 15 years now and I am very proud to be a part of this award winning company. When I started as the office junior its great to see where I have come from and the skills i have developed along the way to being a senior experienced Associate. I am passionate about everything that I do in life but especially about houses. The biggest reward for me is making sellers and buyers dreams come true when I find them their perfect home, I also thrive under pressure and always go above and beyond my clients expectations and under promise and over deliver. I have been involved in estate agency for a long time and have seen the industry change quite a lot but with Newmans selling strategies, we are always at the forefront in marketing techniques for our industry. I have recently become a father so I know how important it is to find that right family home for you and your family. Out of work I am a lover of football and play and manage a team as well as playing pool and snooker in the local leagues.

GoogleI've been working with Herbie regarding a slightly complicated move and he's been nothing but helpful, friendly and accommodating. I've had some really poor experiences with other estate agents not wanting to accommodate my needs by Herbie has been a gent, very happy with process so far regardless of outcome!

GoogleStayed with the team for three years. Highly professional and they know the ins and outs of managing a property which made things straight forward. Checkin was smooth and handled over the video. Any amendments were made and the team is very responsive. Checkout was also smooth and communication is excellent. I would encourage greater flexibility when renewing contracts when tenants are looking to shift.

GoogleAvoid at all cost Failed to act on serious health and safety issues We experienced months of unresolved problems including a rat infestation, faulty ventilation and ongoing security failures. Despite repeated reports, communication was slow and ineffective, mostly “we’re chasing it” with no real action. Even our formal request to leave early due to health risks was delayed with no urgency. The conditions impacted our health, yet there was little accountability or meaningful response. Polite communication, but ultimately a stressful and unacceptable experience.

GoogleThis is the perfect Estate for lettings. I had the pleasure to be introduced in a brand new place that I could call home. I enjoyed the viewing and I was impressed by Sam, the person who showed me the place. Not only he was helpful and nice, but he was also funny and true to nature! Give this guy a raise!

GoogleI had a wonderful experience viewing this house! The property was clean ,well - presented and even more spacious than I expected. The layout felt practical and inviting with plenty of natural light throughout. With little maintenance work, the place would be perfect. The agent was friendly ,knowledgeable and took The time to answer all my questions. Overall it left a very possitive impression.
