They have ensured that the property is maintained to a high standard solving problems quickly. They have achieved top rentals with virtually no voids between tenants. GoogleDear All, they are quite prompt while you are still paying your rent, once you have vacated the property after paying all your due, its very very difficult to close other formalities, e.g: Inventory clearance, Deposit clearance. GoogleI had a very bad experience with this letting agents, first they answered my calls and emails but after having more questions about the property the stopped answering my calls and emails. After calling them form another number they said the property is let now... very unprofessional. stay away from this agency

GoogleTerrible communication between the agent and tenant, when probed over a hidden fee we were met by an aggressive manager trying his hardest to intimidate us. He of course ended up being wrong in this situation and after his failed intimidation attempt couldn't muster up an apology. Shocking customer service

After confirming the interest in the house, just during the application process, they stop answering emails and only after calling them I discover that the house had already been given to someone else. They had a really misbehavior. Dealmakers, cowards, false and liars. Never ever trust them.

Hi Tamie, its disappointing to see your review and i have conducted a review with our Manager who responded to your observations on the 14th November 1 - You enquired about a property that we have no knowledge of and we are definitely not marketing 2 - I have phone records of all the time my office tried to contact you using the number you provided and we never got through. i suspect the number is not correct.
