GoogleI am a landlord in Leamington Spa and Leaders have acted as the property's managing agents for about a year. Recently there was an issue with the tenants receiving a delivery and Sam at Leaders acted to resolve the issue, supervising the delivery and installation. Without this action the issue would have been intractable.

GoogleAlways receive a polite and informative response when I talk to the property management team at leaders Kim, calls and informs me as soon as I need to know about the changes and or issues regarding my tenancy. Such a Shame that they will no longer be managing us! Highly recommend renting through leaders

GoogleTotally unprofessional. Poor communication. They never reply to emails. Not tenant friendly at all. Our issues are still unresolved after 2 months.
