GoogleI have House with this agency for almost 3 years when I left I found even somebody to be in the same house for them and then they supposed to return my deposit after two months is not them phone not working mailbox is full. No one respond very poor service.

GoogleRented with GK for a year. We never received keys to lock the front and back door and they never got back to any of our emails or calls about it. We were also never put in contact with the landlord for issues with the property. Generally not great service.

FacebookDon’t deal with these shady people. They managed a property in Warwick and let it to drug dealers, no deposit , no references and no contract. The drug dealers ruined the house causing thousands of pounds of damage and this bunch of W, , kers have washed there hands of it. Be warned, dodgy people, go to a reputable main stream agency. Not this bunch of parasites

GoogleNot a very professional company. 5 months after leaving the property I received an invoice from the council for unpaid council tax as the company had told them that I stayed 6 weeks longer than I did. The house was filthy when I moved in as well.
