Golden Key Estates Leamington Spa reviews

Horrible experience and a nasty company. The condition of our flat was very poor. Several appliances were broken and some were even a safety risk. Golden Key would never answer our calls or emails, so we had to walk into their offices in order to reach them. The owner once shouted over me because I was raising an issue that was inconvenient for him. Really shocking. It seems he’s happy to act like a bully when dealing with students. Save yourself a nightmare and go with a half decent estate agent.

A big thanks to Golden Key Estate Agents for showing me and my family around a property. They went out of their way to let us view somewhere even though we hadn't booked anything. …

GKFS have been helping me with several mortgages over the last 5years and I have not only learnt about how to read the property markets and getting all my mortgages on time. It has been great to have Raj as our advisor. As a landlord and property owner I’ll continue to use GFKS for many years to come.

Rented with GK for a year. We never received keys to lock the front and back door and they never got back to any of our emails or calls about it. We were also never put in contact with the landlord for issues with the property. Generally not great service.

Don’t deal with these shady people. They managed a property in Warwick and let it to drug dealers, no deposit , no references and no contract. The drug dealers ruined the house causing thousands of pounds of damage and this bunch of W, , kers have washed there hands of it. Be warned, dodgy people, go to a reputable main stream agency. Not this bunch of parasites

Not a very professional company. 5 months after leaving the property I received an invoice from the council for unpaid council tax as the company had told them that I stayed 6 weeks longer than I did. The house was filthy when I moved in as well.
