COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE MANNER! The estate agent Janice A Paringit is very unorganised. I sent email registered my details to rent the property. 8 days later, no response at all, had to call back and rude attitude on phone but finally got appointment next morning. On the viewing day, she DID NOT show up, I waited 30mins and keep calling her, she picked up the phone and her response on phone was: one moment, one minute, but then hang up. This end up no viewing and super frustrating experience. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Great experience with Golden Key and their staff, and in particular for their Serviced Apartments. Cant explain how easy their staff are to deal with and how convenient it was to book. The apartments are amazing. We stayed in the Dawlish suite, but they have a variety of apartments for all number of people. The Dawlish was perfect. Two great sized bedrooms, really lovely living area, with dining table and with kitchen having all appliances needed. The location is very close to town, with lots of local shops, bars and restaurants. Would not hesitate to book again.

I strongly don't recommend this estate agents I would give minus stars if I could. I'm a student and rented this property for a year with them and was constantly disappointed and angered by the estate agents throught the year. When I first arrived the house was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned as there were things left from the previous tenants everywhere. I never had contact with the landlord (I was lead tenant). My first term was spent with many contractors and visits from people to fix maintenence issues, there was at least 20 things that needed fixing (identified by the council). Some of these visits were unannounced and I was not given 24hr notice of their arrival (this continued even after I had complained to them). There were multiple students turning up to view the property that had not been confirmed or mentioned to me at all. And when I confronted the estate agents they basically lied to me saying nothing was booked. There was mould in many of the rooms and they did nothing to fix this situation, which cause me and my flat mates health problems. The heating in the house was poor the house never felt warm. For the amount we were paying the treatment of us was ridiculous. The list is honestly endless of how bad my experience was with the estate agent, landlord and house. I truly believe all the 5 star reviews are fake so do not trust them and do not go with this estate agents.

Tenants - Beware they do not carry out Electric and gas checks required under law. Staff totally useless can not do anything without his permission Does not care about you just wants his commission , if you have property issues they don’t care. Landlords - does they don’t do proper checks on tenants , no inspections and no reviews on your property. When having problems with tenants not paying can’t get hold of management. Damage to your property is hidden until you get it back from tenants which could cost you tens of thousands. Communications with landlord and tenants is poor can say this is a fraudulent company that should be closed down. If you have to go down the legal route of evicting tenants these guys didn’t even have a clue of what a section 8 was. They pass your property onto landlord advisory group who write letters to the court & when you do get a date goldenkey don’t even turn up to court to represent on behalf of you.

Contacted them because I was interested in a flat they listed. They gave me a date, then one day before rescheduled. When we were waiting outside the flat on the day for the agent to arrive, they messaged me 20 minutes before to say I'll need to reschedule again. It took us two hours to get there and spent money we can't get back. I annoyingly rescheduled yet again only for them to message me a day later saying that actually, the tenant wants to stay. Why list the flat when you're not even sure the current tenant is leaving? Absolute waste of time and money and very poor communication. Avoid.Service: 1
