GoogleI have rented with 6 different lettings agents/landlords over the last 8 years and Belvoir have been by far the most inefficient, frustrating and at times unprofessional.

GoogleHave been renting from Belvoir for almost 10 years and I can say that they are probably one of the best letting agents in the area. During the years I had different issues at the property but I always had the support needed. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I have always recommend Belvoir to everyone as they're the best letting agency on the market .

GoogleBelvoir are more than we could ever wish for from an estate agent! They are so friendly and personal along with providing top quality service! Not long after renting our property we had a problem with the boiler overheating and steam being released into the flat. Although it was well past Belvoirs closing hours they had a plumber round within the hour to fix it! Amazing!

GoogleI had the Belvoir support for 2,5 year when I was living in Leamington. They are really professionals, but also very friendly and giving you the full attention in every detail. I'm not british, this was my first time in UK and they helped me to feel really welcome. More them a letting agency, they became friends. I definetly recommend them to anyone.
