GoogleBelvoir completely changed my opinion on estate agents for the better. After years of renting under difficult and unresponsive landlords and agents I was fed up of the whole experience. After a long and unsuccessful search for a flat spanning months last year, I discovered Belvoir in October and within a matter of days we had signed on to a great, newly refurbished, property. They were upfront about all fees and gave us a pack of very helpful advice. As expected with a lot of rental properties, there were a couple of small issues upon moving in. What really impressed me most about Belvoir was their quick and effective response to these issues. As an example, we reported a leaking washing machine through the online maintenance portal and just the next day, they had someone come over and fix the problem. Although we've had some problems with the online maintenance portal since, I've never had any issue with going into the office in person, as all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and are very willing to listen to, and help resolve, any concerns. Overall, Belvoir are a prime example of what an estate agent should be and their customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend using them if you're looking for properties in an area that they cover.

GoogleHow refreshing it has been renting from Belvoir. Our previous letting agent were an absolute nightmare and charged extortionate fees. But Belvoir have gone far and beyond in terms of the level of care and service we have received as well as the most modest of fees. They really do care! Nothing has been too much trouble and any issues have been resolved extremely quickly. For us this means a worry free tenancy and a very happy home :-) I cannot recommend Belvoir lettings highly enough! Absolutely commendable. Thank you so much Belvoir!

GoogleBelvoir has made our first time renting a property highly enjoyable.The staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help with any issues. During our time with Belvoir, one of our flatmates decided to leave the flat and Belvoir were very quick to help us with finding a flatmate and deal with any problems that arose from it. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Additionally, Nicole, the manager of student lettings, deserves a special mention. She was incredibly welcoming and would always go out of her way to help us. Nicole couldn't have made our experience with Belvoir any better.
