GoogleTerrible establishment. If you’re selling your property I wouldn’t do it through these people, the director has a chip on her shoulder and is very judgemental.

GoogleWasted a week of my time and for no reason informed me that they refuse to advertise my property. Avoid at all costs
It is very unusual for us to refuse a property instruction, and isn't a decision we would make lightly. However, your name is not one we recognise in relation to any property we have been asked to look at, and would therefore conclude that your review is vexatious in nature and has been posted with malicious intent on behalf on another party.

GoogleHad to pull out of the house we were buying. After 6 months of waiting to purchase a house, Foden property still couldn’t get us a firm answer if the sellers still wanted to sell to us or not, we gave them every chance to get us the most simplest of information requests. Awful service, completely fobbed off multiple times with holding emails but never provided any further information.
Dear Jack, I am sorry that you felt the need to write this review and that you felt the service that you received was not satisfactory. You pulled out of this sale on 20 July 2020, as you were aware the Seller was buying a property in Wales and their lockdown far extended our own - the agent in Wales only returned to the office on the 4 July, so whist they were closed we were understandably unable to obtain any updates, and as soon as they were back we were chasing but receiving nothing back - you were made aware of this. We are reliant on information from third parties and can't relay information we are unable to get. We fully understood your frustrations and the decision that you ultimately made, however the lack of communication was due to the pandemic and the fact that no information was available, not an unwillingness to provide it.
