GoogleFirst Class service, from initial valuation (spot on as it turned out), through the hurdles of viewing, offers and dropouts to the final exchange. Fodens also work well as a team. If Jenny was away emails and calls were responded to either with an answer or Jenny will deal with it when back in the office.

GoogleWe purchased a property through Foden and I honestly cannot fault them. Super impressed. Jenny was informative, friendly and helpful and kept us up to date of all and any developments. The service was absolutely second to none and my only regret is that I hadn't opted to sell through Foden myself, as I'm sure the process would have completed far sooner than it did. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would most definitely use them myself in the future over any other estate agent.

GoogleAfter initially impressing me during the viewing, my experience soured when I moved out after six months, only to have my entire deposit withheld by the landlord. I was dismayed by the lack of assistance and perceived bias towards the landlord, especially as I am not a local resident. Ultimately, I had to escalate the issue and, thankfully, managed to recoup only a portion of my deposit after raising a dispute.
Good Afternoon Sumeet, The proposed deposit deductions were based on the condition that the property was left in, as was recorded by the independently carried out check out report, in comparison to the check in inventory. The Landlord advises us of any deductions to be proposed, you are within your rights to dispute any proposed deductions, as is the process you followed - any outstanding disputes are independently adjudicated by the relevant deposit scheme. Please note that the Landlord is our client and we have to follow their instruction, we can not provide advice in this situation, that is why there is a process in place - to try to establish fairness. This is the system that is in place, it's not a system that Foden Property have put in place.

GoogleHaving Foden Property acting as agents for the selling of my property proved to be a very good move on my part. I was pleasantly surprised at how rapidly so many potential buyers appeared to view the house. Almost all of them seemed to be honestly interested in considering it as a possible future home. I soon had a firm offer and was proceeding with the sale. Unfortunately this fell through but they provided another buyer with a firm offer within a week. There followed a protracted phase until contracts were finally exchanged but this was entirely due to the buyers solicitor being so pernickety. During this stage they were most helpful in trying to progress the sale. All in all I was very pleased with the support they provided and would strongly recommend them.

GoogleBuying and selling a house can be incredibly stressful and I can’t praise Foden Property enough for keeping my stress levels to a minimum during the whole process. The whole team are absolutely brilliant, not only are they are very friendly and efficient they also provide a very personal service and they will always go the extra mile to help in any way they can. Personally if I sell again I wouldn’t use any other estate agents. I liked Jenny from the first time I met her, she was friendly and professional. She valued my house and was completely honest at what I could achieve and the best way to market the house. She was extremely knowledgable of the local area and the recent selling prices of similar properties. She was always available to answer any questions. Jenny & Foden Property are by far the best estate agents I have ever used.

GoogleI have used Foden Property twice now to sell houses and wouldn't go anywhere else. They provide a service which feels very personal. They are always quick to respond to queries and keep you updated on the progress of the sale. They don't overvalue the property either, on both occasions I have either sold at or above the marketed value. Foden Property are in my opinion, the best Estate Agents in Telford
