Fodens did a great job of selling our property at a competitive price. When choosing agents, Fodens showed far more engagement with the property than other local companies, who gave the impression that it was just another property. Jenny 'got' our quirky, character property and this enthusiasm was clear in the marketing material, and no doubt was evident during viewings. We were selling at distance, as this was a probate sale, so not the most straightforward circumstances, further complicated by the death of our mother mid-process. Jenny was very understanding and managed to keep this process as stress free as we could have wished. We never met Jenny in person but it didn't feel like it. Well done to her and the team at Fodens for driving this sale over the line so smoothly.

Cannot thank the team at Fodens for all their support in selling my home. You’ve all been absolutely amazing!!! Selling a house can come with lots of unforeseen twists and turns but Jenny, Katie & Beci have made the process so much easier. Their advice and knowledge has been so helpful and they are always at the end of the phone to offer advice and solutions. Jenny who came to do my valuation knew her stuff. She was confident in providing me with a realistic asking price for my home and seemed to really understand the local market, which instantly made me feel at ease. They were able to provide me with a steady stream of viewings and acceptable offers came through quite quickly after launching. Also a special thank you to Katie and the team for organising a rental property for me in super fast time when my seller took his house off the market at the last minute. I sold my property in Lawley with Foden and the team there were so helpful.. Jenny is absolutely fab and felt immediately that they were the company to use after her valuation. Some other companies that came to value our property said they could get more and over valued, but Jenny’s knowledge of sales and the area was spot on, I keep a close eye on sales and knew I had had an over valuation by other competitors and that I would miss my selling window by asking for too much. The service was absolutely second to none and my only regret is that I hadn't opted to sell through Foden myself, as I'm sure the process would have completed far sooner than it did.
