GoogleAwful experience from the lettings side of Millersons of Launceston. It was DG who managed our cottage. March 2020we told her about the chimney leaking, every 3months on her visit we would keep asking about it. Once she replied, 'well, it's cottage life!' In Oct 2021 we felt we were forced to finally move out by the scale of the disrepair. Wet bedroom wall, wet living room wall where it needed repointing, damp and mold everywhere. Damp mites in the wall and slugs coming in through our damp kitchen cupboards. All our new pots of paint went thin and mouldy! TDG came to visit every 3monthsbut nothing was ever done. We suffered headaches and sinus problems and stress. Awful experience we are still recovering from...NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThis is the second time we have used Millerson, Launceston. The first time we sold a 3-bedroom bungalow in Launceston through them, and the second time we have sold some building plots. Both times their professional approach and friendly advice and guidance has been outstanding. They have guided us throughout the process, and with the building plots, they gave advice on finding an architect to gain planning permission for the field, and advised us on a suitable solicitor. Both architect and solicitor recommended were highly professional and outstanding. Then, talk about going the extra mile, they found buyers for the plots who lived in Australia! We have no reservations in recommending Millerson, Launceston one hundred percent, and from our experience, we would rate them as one of the best Estate Agents in the South West, if not the best. Thank you again Nic, Lesley and Ellie and the whole Millerson, Launceston team for your customer service which goes way beyond any expectations.

GoogleI've moved house quite a few times and it's fair to say that the team at Millerson have been the best! From initial viewing to hand over of keys the team have been quick to respond, come back with helpful suggestions/answers, and nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you the Millerson team: you've made something that could have been very difficult go very smoothly indeed.

GoogleMy wife and I found Millerson in Launceston to be a highly professional, attentive and responsive firm of Estate Agents. We sold a property during the recent Covid pandemic, and if that wasn't difficult enough we also had a tenant in situ when the process started. Millerson fielded three people during the sale, each providing a service which in our opinion was well over and beyond anything that we could have reasonably expected. In terms of cost it was very good value for such a thorough service. We would not hesitate to recommend this firm (and the solicitors that they in turn recommended to us).PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe used Millersons when we wanted to sell our property as they were local and we had received good customer service from them before . We would highly recommend this company and the team. Ellie who dealt with the sale of our property went above and beyond when we had a parcel delivered after we had moved and she kindly went to the post office and sent it on to us. All of the staff were friendly and approachable .PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
