GoogleWe were absolutely delighted with the services we got from Kivells Ltd. The selling of a house is a minefield but we felt safe, well informed and assured every step of the way. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

GoogleHaving had recent experience of others in the town I can confidently say Kivells are the best estate agents in Launceston. David, and the team, presented our house, in Roydon Road, for sale very professionally and quickly found us a buyer and are following up with excellent support. I can recommend Kivells as the best way to sell your house in Launceston.

TrustpilotA big thumbs down from me
I believe I was cheated by one of the owners / directors. They offered for sale an all terrain mobility scooter (which is no longer made and hard to source) which I needed to access my garden (it is on a steep gradient); I have a form of motor neuron disease, which they knew about from my message to them. I got in first with a commitment to buy, but instead they sold it to someone else as a beach buggy. I consider that to be disabled discrimination and am now taking legal advice.

GoogleVery poor service, communication poor, can't answer basic questions and rubbish at getting back to people. Would give them minus 5 stars if could.
