We approached David after we felt that our Estate agents were not acting in our best interests. From the very outset David's professionalism shone through and for the first time felt in safe hands. He was honest and realistic about marketing our property. His knowledge of how the housing market reacts to external influences was invaluable, and after 12 months of trying to sell with previous estate agents, we sold within 2 months with David's expertise. We would not hesitate to recommend or use him again.

5 stars doesn’t seem enough for David and the team. Great support, patience, understanding, expertise and customer experience. We had an offer within 24 hours of our cottage going on the market. Selling parts of a farm when it has been in family ownership for more than sixty years is complicated. David and his team have gone above and beyond with each property that we have sold to date.
