David and the team went way above and beyond what we expected from an estate agent. Like other reviewers have mentioned they were acting on behalf of the sellers of the house we bought, so we weren't technically even their client, but we honestly felt like they were equally working for us as well! When we first met David and viewed the property he instantly came across as a very upfront and honest person and all the follow up phone calls, emails and help he and his team had given throughout this process backed up that impression. His service and the support from his team was second to none. Our experience of house buying was incredibly stressful due to the solicitors involved on each side and yet, every time we talked to David and in particular on the follow up contacts with both him and Michelle, we felt like they were always on our side helping us navigate through this whole experience. A special thank you goes out to Michelle, who was an absolute star throughout, making follow up phone calls, chasing our frustratingly incompetent seeming solicitors and really helping us get everything across the line. Having someone who was equally invested in helping us through some stressful time and so helpful was an absolute lifesaver. The level of professionalism and communication was second to none and the whole team, with a special mention for Michelle, made us feel completely at ease with our house selling process. We were kept up to date the whole way through the process, even with the smallest of details, and felt comfortably guided & supported by David’s experience to make the necessary decisions we needed to make. We chose the additional “virtual viewings” option and looking back, I’m so glad we did. You get to see your property in a whole new way and the 360 degree photos and videos are incredibly clever! We have just moved into our new home in the North of Cornwall, following our house sale in Scotland. We cannot recommend David highly enough. Our house was on the market for less than 10 days before David found several buyers in a position to proceed. We then exchanged contracts within 7 weeks and completed a couple of weeks later at our request.
