Where to start with a review of a fantastic team! From initial viewing to the conversations that followed we knew we were in safe hands with Kane and George at fox and sons lancing. They honestly couldn’t do enough for us and ensured we secured our dream home! From offer acceptance to completion they answered every query quickly and ensured we were kept up to date every step of the way. They definitely know the market in the area and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone! We decided to go with their in house mortgage broker, Jamie turner, to make the purchase easier. Jamie was absolutely fantastic, incredibly responsive and extremely knowledgeable. If anyone is looking for a mortgage broker, Jamie is a great choice! The use of eways to track the progress of our purchase was also brilliant, we were always up to date and knew exactly what we were waiting on to proceed. Overall buying through fox and sons lancing was the easiest part of our move, great team and excellent customer service.

As a first time buyers the whole thought of arranging a mortgage was quite overwhelming. We had a choice of working with another broker but Jamie won us over with his fantastic customer service. Any questions we've had have been answered, even if they have been outside of hours! really helping us find our feet during a new experience. The team at fox and dons have guided us through our sale every step of the way. We had some ups and downs with 2 people pulling out at the last minute. With this happening the team of Kane Megan and Peyman were on hand to pick us up and relentlessly continue to find a buyer. The service that the team give you is second to none. Having initially put the house up for sale with purple bricks with 3 viewings in 8 months I put the property with Fox and Sons Lancing and in the first week we had 6 viewings!!! Probably one of the worst estate agents I've had to deal with. They use really unpleasant and pushy sales techniques which puts buyers off. They aren't easy to deal with and I have some serious concerns about how they seem to manage and share personal data they require. Wish I had never used them and will never go near them again!
