GoogleAs first time buyers, we have had an awful service. No phone calls updating the stage of the house we were buying, every phone call felt like I was pestering them. Communication between staff was false, provided false information on planning and the position of the vendor. Really upset and disappointed with the experience.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleToday I met with Ethan to carry out a viewing in a property in Lancing. He was extremely well presented and very professional. He had all the info I needed and was willing to answer any questions I had! Definitely made the viewing process pleasurable and fulfilling !

Googlewe found we had to cancel a contract before it started as one co owner had not sighed and the manager's responce threatning legal action really upset my wife causing her to cry ending any hope of a working relationship

GoogleDO NOT use this agency. Totally crooked manager Angela Brett signed us up to a x20 week contract without disclosing it. Only found out when we moved to another agency. Then Fox and Sons Lancing sent threatening letters.
