GooglePeter from Mighty house came to discuss the sale of my property in South Lancaster. Peter visited my property and valued it for 60k less than the eventual selling price. Beware sellers, this is primarily an investment real-estate company out to buy your property out for a fraction of its real cost and convert it into a student rental. Glad I managed to steer clear. Phew!

We do not believe we have done any business with you and we can see that from a response to a review you have given to another Estate Agent in Lancaster within minutes of you giving our review that they too have no recollection of dealing with you and believe your review to be false. We don’t value properties to buy them ourselves. Quite the contrary, we achieve market leading prices for our clients as proven by the many positive reviews we receive both here and on our website and the awards we have won. Your review is false and miss-leading and we would ask you to remove it immediately.

GooglePhoned this company a couple of time asking about pets on there rented properties and was told "well most of our properties don't accept pets" no offer of help or taking my details found the staff really rude and unhelpful even though they tell you they've been voted best estate agent in Lancaster what a load of rubbish thanks mighty house.

Hi Gavin, I am very sorry to see your review. We do occasionally have owners who accept pets but more often than not I am afraid they specify that they do not want to have pets in their properties. We don't have your contact details and would like to make contact to see if we can help. Would you be able to call the office today before 4pm and the team will see if they can help? Or we are open again on Tuesday after the bank holiday.
