JD Gallagher Estate Agents Lancaster reviews

Thanks Mohamed

Hi John- I've tried to look for you on our database but I can't seem to find you at all. Would you mind emailing me at michelle@jdg.co.uk as I am unaware of an unhappy clients and would like to know about this review. If I can help, please let me know. Thanks Michelle

Thanks for the 4 stars Simon. What could we do to make it 5 please? Please let me know at michelle@jdg.co.uk

Hi Yousef - Is this review intended for our company? I have no refernce of you in the name above on our systems or in our enquiries. I know a couple of people haven't been happy that their application for rental properties has been unsuccessful but that is down to the sheer number of people applying. Could you let me know more infomation so I can look into this. Without having any knowledge of you, I can't call you to discuss. Many thanks, Michelle

Thanks for the 5 stars Shannon!

Hi James - Could you email to let me know more about your review? I believe you a former tenant of one of our properties. Did something happen? Please let me know if there was an issue with the service as both myself and Josh (Rental Manager) are unaware of any problems. Sorry I have seen this so late on

Hi David - thanks for the review. Hopefully next time we can make it 5 stars for you!

Thanks for the 5 stars Daniel - I'll let the rental team know. I hope you enjoyed your time in Lancaster x

Hi Linda - thanks for 5 stars. It was a pleasure dealing with when we sold your family members home and also helping advise you again. Best wishes Michelle

Hi Gill, thanks for the good review. I'll have to get the team working now on how to make it 5 star! Thanks again, Michelle x

Hi Scott - thanks for the 5 star review. I'll let Rachel in the rental department know :)

Thank you very much. Great reviews in these strange times are always appreciated !

Hi Charlotte - thanks for the review. Can I ask why just the 3 stars? And which department did you have an experience with? I can see from your profile that you have reviewed lots of establishments in Lancaster yesterday. We take our reviews very seriously and use them in our staff training so I would love to know more. I can't find you registered as a client or someone who has viewed with us. Could you contact me on 01524 843322 to discuss or email me at michelle@jdg.co.uk

Hi Jack I’m sorry you feel this way. When there are multiple offers on a home, we have to take client instructions.

Thanks for 5 stars Paula! We always aim to give a great service!
