GoogleI have visited several real estate agencies and I did not like any of them. When I met pearson ferrier I decided not to consult with other agencies since from the minute I walked through the door the way so The professional with whom I was received was incredible. The treatment is exquisite. They are the best.

GoogleJust moved into a fabulous family home. Lois & Sam from the Bury office have been wonderful. They both went the extra mile to understand what we needed as a family and found us the perfect house. They are very professional and i'd recommend Pearson Ferrier to anyone looking for services in the rental/property market.

GooglePromised us they would fix the major issues wrong with the house. Had a contract stating they would fix them and yet they didnt fix one thing. Over charged for the run down house that was basically falling apart. We only took it as we were desperate. The minute we said we were moving out they started to fix some of the problems. We were also left without heat over the new year. It took them over a week to even get someone to look at the problem. Would recommend to avoid at all costs

GoogleThis landlord is disgusting. Me and my partner asked to see a property on walker street because it was the only one that allowed pets. Not only were we asked why we wanted such a big property but we were dismissed based on age. My wife is 36 years old has worked in management roles all her life and I work 12hr shifts and I'm at university part time. Where we going to get the time to have so called house parties and go out getting pissed??? Anyway any form of discrimination is in breach of the discrimination act and is a criminal offence. We actually wanted the property mainly for the pets and me and wife want to start a family but anyway the letting agent then showed us properties that don't allow pets and booked us in for a viewing that doesn't take pets. Not only have they messed us about but they have been very Blaise about the situation not taking any accountability and if I don't get an adequate response justifying their reasoning behind the descision made against me and my wife I'll be taking the matter to their property ombudsman. Absolutely disgraceful conduct!

GoogleThe staff at Pearson Ferrier are all very professional. We found Samantha from lettings went above and beyond our expectations in finding us a new tenant for our property. She always found time to answer the most trivial questions. We will certainly use Pearson Ferrier in the future.

Kept in touch throughout, always responded quickly, always friendly, and were instrumental in linking 3 poorly-communicating solicitors to get the deal over the line. Excellent service from start to finish. Call them asap!

GoogleA bit belated this but they are terrific. Helped all the way down the line when I was looking to rent a property, always kept in touch and kept me updated, nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else but here.

GoogleCalled and arranged a viewing of a property with Mr Pearson. Waited at the property at the agreed time/day but no one turned up. Further to waiting and calling their office I was advised nothing was in their diary for the viewing and Mr Pearson was not contactable. Ultimately wasted my time. Very unprofessional.
