GoogleI recently moved into my new rental flat, start of February & from my initial viewing of the property to the day I moved - Pearson Ferrier were incredibly helpful & made the whole process stress free & easy. They were always available for any questions or concerns I had, the property application & any other documentation was all online & simple to do. I have moved around many times in the last few years & this was by far the easiest process so far. Not to mention the flat itself is brilliant & already feels like home. GoogleI've used Pearson Ferrier's tenant search service a few times over the years, and have always been really impressed with the high standard of service received from all members of the team. They keep you updated with calls and emails throughout and they really seem to care about the landlord and the tenant. They conduct the tenant viewings, carry out referencing and affordability checks, and give me their opinion as to who they think would be most suitable. So far they've not been wrong and all of their choices have been great, looking after my properties and paying their rent in full and on time. From my experiences I would certainly recommend them.
