GoogleHad a great experience with Pearson Ferrier. Lois was super friendly showing us around the property, and we found out really quickly that we were able to move in. They use a software called GoodLord that's really easy to use, and makes signing contracts and filling out details very straight forward. We moved into the property in a timely manner that suited our move schedule, and they are very responsive to emails!

GoogleAfter having a horrendous experience with my previous selling experience with other company's and solicitors, I was desperate for someone who could help me sell my apartment. After reaching out to the team at Pearson Ferrier in Bury, it was quickly apparent it was the best decision I made. With a slow start due to bank holidays and so forth due to Christmas, Iain Dawson took my case and ran with it. He quickly got it on the market and handled everything for me, which was fantastic when I was not in the country. Without any computer system or portal, which other companies say make things easier and robust (In my case was completely the opposite with other companies), Iain kept me up-to-date at all points that was a breath of fresh air compared to the previous companies I used. Once I agreed a sale, he was on point making sure the sale was progressing throughout, which again was awesome. Dealing with the buyer and their solicitor, he just ensured that everything was flowing through. Though the sale took longer than average which wasn't Iain or his teams fault, we finally completed in April when agreeing the sale in January which was far better than my previous sale which was almost a year with nothing in the end to show for it. So, a massive thanks to the Pearson Ferrier team and especially Iain as without them, I would not be released of my unwanted property noose. Top work by a top team and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a very personal service!

GoogleI have now used the services of Pearson Ferrier twice. On both occasions everything was dealt with very professionally. Firstly I let a property. The service they provided was swift and efficient including dealing with any repairs reported. I then sold a property. Ian was great all the way through the process. I would not hesitate to use this agency again.

GoogleWe bought our current house from Pearson Ferrier this year and could not recommend them enough. I think in general, estate agents get a difficult reputation and I have my fair share of bad experiences, but the experience we had with PF couldn't have been further from that perceived general reputation. From start to finish, communication was spot on. It was a long 7 month process to buy our house and without Iain from PF I truly believe we'd still be going through the process now. He was super communicative, went above and beyond to find info out for us, chase whoever needed chasing up the chain and that level of service was unparalleled to any service we've seen or had before. When we briefly popped into the office, the same level of energy / interest was given to us by the rest of the staff we met, which was great considering PF weren't technically actually working for us. I have no doubt that any future house sales for us, or for friends/family we will be recommending PF 100%.

GoogleIf I Could I would give no stars. DO NOT GO WITH THESE ESTATE AGENTS!!!! They did no repairs on the house, we had to constantly ring up and tell them what needed doing but nothing got done what so ever. There was mould in the front room going up the walls, the fire place in the front room did not work so at winter it was FREEZING, yet they refused to come out to the fire place and get it sorted. They said they would send someone out but they nobody ever turned up. The temperature gauge in the boiler was knackered, we got messed around with the plumber they employed and he never came back with the part for the boiler even though we was told he would be back by the estate agents!!!!! So we had to run the tap upstairs on low so we could get some hot water. They do not take notes of appointments as we was due an inspection waited in all day, 45 minutes later after they should of turned up we ring up to find out nothing was even booked in and nobody was coming. Everything was just falling apart in the house, badly built and was even told there was mould before we moved in but it had been sorted out. Within a few months it was back due to them refusing to fix the fire place that was causing the mould in the front room as it was cold in winter! To top all of this off we saw a RAT in the kitchen when we was cooking a meal, this was the last straw. Rang up to complain to be told it was our problem and that they was not going to do anything about it!!! So we moved out the next day and have never looked back. Also got told the last tenants left on bad terms so I’m assuming the rats were there on the day we moved in and they did nothing about this. Absolutely disgusted with the way we have been treated, we will never ever use this company again and advise anyone to stay well clear as they do not care about the clients or the houses they are letting!!! Heartbroke as they was our first home together and has really put us off. They seem to deal with problems asif they are some sort of joke?? You should be disgusted Pearson ferrier
