I dealt with Tracy for my purchase. I can't thank her enough for her quick response to my emails and calls. She was professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I will undoubtedly use them in the future should I require the services of an Estate Agency. First-class, thank you so much

Tracy Davies was exceptional. She trouble shot, communicated, never left me wondering what was going on, and was 100 percent to be relied upon. She took responsibility and ownership of all issues and sincerely, genuinely cared and made sure that my property sale went swiftly to plan as I needed it to. Thank you so much Tracy.

Excellent service from everyone at at the Lampeter Office. Tracy Davies went above and beyond proactively steering our sale through to completion. Lucy Wood kept us alert to the situation at our property and Lisa-Marie Moores provided information and support whenever required. This is an office that cares about the client and excels in communication and teamwork.

I cannot recommend more highly the whole team at John Francis Lampeter. They have been very helpful and efficient in all of the dealings I have had with them in the sale of my mother's house. With their help the property has gone from being put up for sale to completion in less than three months. They have answered every question I have asked of them and communicated with me at every opportunity. I cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you to all the team.

Enthusiastic and friendly team John Francis Lampeter Used JF Lampeter to sell our smallholding recently. The energy and enthusiasm of James and Becky appealed to us and they have always been fantastic to deal with. They are a small and busy team but always had time to be responsive, answer our questions and deal with our requests and queries. Thankyou

Really efficient service: from the days when we were looking for houses, getting details and then onto the purchase process. Tracy was very prompt to get answers and empathetic about our questions. Such a different experience to the other large estate agent we had contact with. Thankyou

My sister and I are so glad we chose to go with John Francis in Lampeter when it came to selling our late father's house and adjoining land. From the outset the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and, perhaps most importantly, very efficient. They kept us fully informed every step of the way from when the property was first put up for sale until the recent successful sale. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it was all done with kindness and courtesy. If you are looking for an estate agent, look no further. These are the people to go to.

John Francis were selling the property that I purchased in Tregaron. I had multiple issues with my sale and selling conveyancers as I was moving from far away it was very stressful, Tracy from John Francis was the one consistent person in the whole process that reassured me and kept the communications open with all parties involved which was a massive help and I cannot thank her enough for her hard work. The involvement from John Francis was the one positive aspect of the very stressful process of selling and buying I highly recommend.

We can wholeheartedly recommend John Francis, Lampeter, following our experience in purchasing and selling our property through them. They were recommended to us by a friend who praised them highly and this recommendation proved to be fully justified. We were kept fully informed and updated regularly throughout the whole process. Tracey, in particular, was proactive in speeding up the process wherever possible chasing the various agencies including solicitors. When we called the office requesting information and she was unavailable, our call was always returned promptly. Thanks are also due to Lisa Marie and Eryl for their contribution to an excellent standard of service at all times. Diolch yn fawr am wasanaeth o’r safon uchaf.
