Winkworth Tiverton took over the property management of our tenancy just under a year ago, in that space of time we had three different members of staff managing, they did absolutely nothing to assist in managing the property. The last one 'Candice' was generally rude, unprofessional and dismissive about any queries or requested repairs required.Awful company will never deal with them again nor reccomend

Absolutely dreadful experience, got stood up at a viewing. No communication between the estate agent and you only a straight call to the offices which have zero information as to the whereabouts of their agents.
We are always disappointed to receive a review such as yours. Winkworth offices are all independently owned and operated and therefore it you are able to share information on the office which you dealt with we will be able to look into the matter. YellWill never come again
Been booking appointments twice for houses interested in renting. Both of them I was the first one to call in. And both of them are gone due to unknown reason, maybe because of my race. They say the people who took it got higher rents to pay. I have been calling everyday since I have seen the second house to ask is there any terms that the landlord will put forward and I will try to full fill, I just wanna secure the house. They said no. And finally they say it's gone again. Will never trust this place and never come here again. Scamming agency.

The worst agency I have ever come across. Absolutely horrendous experience with them, they are awful, words cannot even explain their bad customer service skills. Money grabbing company. Need new staff asap.Genuinely extremely unacceptable experience.

Thank you very much Kirsty and Nicola! It was helpful to work with a diligent and responsive team. We didn’t realise how stressful buying a property could be so it’s a big plus to have someone that is interested in moving things forward at all times. In our experience it’s not easy to find an agency that actually cares about both parties so we definitely recommend the team at Winkworth.

GoogleI bought a flat in Stockwell which was being sold through Theo Wiggins at Winkworth Kennington. He was smart, professional and charming (with lovely red hair!). The process took quite a while for various reasons and Theo remained patient and helpful as many little issues were worked through. On completion day we were presented with a bottle of wine (hastily drunk!) and a card along with the keys. I would highly recommend the excellent service we received. Thanks!

Winkworth is my agent for renting my flat. It is very responsible for both landlord and tenant. Every time I have problems with flat, they respond in time and find a solution for me. They don't allow direct communication between landlord and tenant, which sometimes I find can get a bit dodgy. I would recommend it for both landlord and tenant, but you need to check the contract very carefully and negotiate other rights.
