We recently purchased a property through Marsh and Parsons Willseden Green. We dealt with an agent called Henry who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process! Initially Henry showed us a few different properties to try and get a feel for what we wanted, we found him to be very knowledgeable about all the properties and when he wasn't sure about something, would get back to us promptly with the information. We always felt like Henry would show us properties that we would actually be interested in, not just anything in our price range. We had obviously seen properties through other estate agents, but Henry was by far, the best of the bunch and personable. Even when we had to take a break because of lockdown Henry was patient, didn't bombard us with calls and emails and actually contacted us back when we said he should! We would thoroughly recommend him and will be contacting Marsh and Parsons again when we decide to sell.

Good service

Everything has been smooth with M&P since we moved into our flat. Abdullah has been particularly helpful in answering/responding to queries when needed and has always been polite. It is much appreciated when oftentimes property managers in London can be confrontational or aggressive, M&P have instead been no trouble at all.

Dishonest, Negligent, and Entirely Landlord-Focused

My experience with Marsh and Parsons has been appalling. Over the past 18 months, I’ve dealt with rodent and moth infestations, a persistent damp and black mould issue, and numerous unresolved maintenance problems. Despite raising these issues repeatedly, they remain neglected.The letting agent has repeatedly misled me by claiming they’ve contacted the landlord or are taking steps to resolve the problems, only for me to find out later that no action has been taken. They make vague statements to create the illusion of progress but fail to deliver. Their clear priority is serving the landlord’s interests, not addressing tenant concerns.Adding to the frustration, the high turnover of letting agents means communication is a constant challenge. Tenants are left to manage their own follow-ups and re-explain issues to new staff, resulting in repeated miscommunication and delays. It’s exhausting and completely unprofessional.When I requested compensation for my belongings damaged by damp, they outright refused on the basis I don’t have a receipt and this is not in line with their policy. The landlord also refused the request on the basis I could’ve stored items elsewhere in the house, further enforcing the lack of usability of my living space. Contrasting this, they are quick to enforce trivial matters like grass length or act promptly when an issue affects the landlord’s property insurance. This blatant double standard is unacceptable.I would not recommend Marsh and Parsons to anyone seeking a reliable or tenant-focused letting agent. Their dishonesty, neglect, and poor communication make renting through them a miserable experience.I am extremely surprised by the volume of 5 star reviews and question the integrity of these.

I'd like to compliment Nara Bolor‑Erdene for her excellent handling of all my property management concerns. I bought a flat via Joe at Marsh & Parsons. He was fantastic. While other estate agents had a 'wheeler dealer' about them, Joe (and Marsh & Parsons as a whole) were authentic, helpful and knowledgeable. Joe was easy to speak to and get in contact with, and always responded to emails and texts quickly. I'd highly recommend using them for your property purchase.
