GoogleWe looked at a few agents in the area before choosing Marsh & Parsons. Mark was confident and knowledgable about the area. David managed the viewings and had booked 5 on the first day. 3 reasons to never use Marsh & Parsons:1) They misspelt my name on a legal document2) They did not respond to my email for 10 days, and even then, only when chased 3) When I rung up to ask a question about the Covid-19 notice period, I was given the completely wrong information, which has delayed my house move by 6 months All they care about is making money, they are not interested in looking after their customers.

Was mainly in contact with Mhari who was really helpful at viewings, had good info on the properties I viewed, was very quick to respond to emails and questions, and was always really friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

AVOID THIS LETTING AGENCY !!! If I could give them minus stars I would. Worst experience ever. Extremely disorganised, not responsive to emails, and trying to scam you at every point of the tenancy. But rest assured if you are in one of these situations… they don’t have a legal team lol and they tried to make it seem like I was breaching the contract while on multiple counts they were at fault.

Poor communication from the property manager, Elisabeth Ppasa. Both the landlord as well as the tenants had to chase her via emails. They do not return the rental deposits on time, giving lame excuses.
