If I could give a 0 here I would.I contacted Birmingham office and spoke to a Mr Charles Shephard.He came out to have a look and said he would email back a valuation the next day.One week later he said he would send it immediately and still no email.After 10 days I called him and he gave me the valuation over the phone and said he would not need to send the email.How unprofessional is that. Sadly he has not responded to emails or phone calls and voicemails left over a week now.Beware.

Selling property in this market is a lottery and its likely to remain unpredictable. Knight Frank never over promised and they did deliver. We did not require daily updates and constant hassle so maybe we were lucky but we achieved the result we wanted in a decent time frame which is all we asked

The team at Knight Frank ( Mark Batty, Eleanor Davis, Ruby Goddard and Jason Chu) have been excellent in getting some great tenants for me during the lockdown. They have ensured that the process of these overseas tenants occupying the flat ran smoothly especially during these difficult times. The property managers Ruby and Jason have liased with the tenants in regards to any issues in a timely manner and respond to my emails within a day. GoogleI dealt primarily with Freddie Harries who was highly committed, and hard working to getting the deal done in my shorter than average time frame. He responded promptly to messages, thought outside the box to find solutions when buyer's lawyers were less than ideal, and was unfailing pleasant at all times. My neighbour recommended him to me and I would recommend Knight Frank, Mark and Freddie to others... were fabulous to deal with, thank you!
