Being organized, professional, responsive, communicative and respectful are hallmarks of a great experience. Not only did they find a tenant to take over the property a few weeks before my tenancy (at my request), but there was no ambiguity in the process including the return of my deposit. I felt equally as important as the landlord. I highly recommend KF. Patricia, the business support coordinator was tops.
