Yes, Hamptons and Mandy Dorta in particular is a fantastic company and the people are so kind working there. I bought my property through them and rented it out through them too because I was so impressed by the team. Nowadays service is something that seems to have gone out the window but not with Hamptons. I could not recommend them more highly.

She handled everything super efficiently and found us tenants very quickly and was also warm, friendly and approachable regarding any uncertainties. We have been renting with Hamptons for nearly 2 years , me and my partner have been renting privately for over 10 years together and so far I would happily say that renting through Hamptons has been our best experience renting . We are good tenants and take pride in any place we have lived in , we feel Hamptons really value us and take us seriously, which in the past other agencies have not . They are very efficient and very good at getting repair or issues fixed quickly , our most recent issue was with our boiler , the issue happened late in the evening , and although we couldn’t get an emergency plumber out , David our property manager got someone out and fixed the issue first thing the next morning . Things like this can cause a lot of anxiety for people , so it’s great to know that they move so quickly.

My Hamptons property manager - Shahena Ali - is always accessible and extremely professional in her communication. Moreover, she perseveres to find a solution in case a problem comes up or at a minimum always ensures that I'm always updated on critical matters while patiently working with my tenants, outside contractors or her internal colleagues to address the matter on hand.

Whenever I’ve had an issue it has been reviewed and generally the problem has been rectified. The app does appear to be temperamental at times making it impossible to log an issue, but this soon rectified itself. On occasion, when the problem has been with the company who manage the building, I’ve been directed to inform them myself. I do not see this as my job as Hamptons are being paid to manage my property and should deal with all my queries. It is not my fault there are 2 companies involved.

I was a tenant for one of the properties that they manage. During my tenancy, I had so many issues with them ; not responded emails, no proper inspection, no proper cleaning, keeping deposit payments not secured until they get warned, house issues not taken care of.... They literally do not care about how do they serve to their clients.

My recently appointed property manager, Gemma Ward, has waded well in troubled waters and taken on my quirky Barnes townhouse with finesse and aplomb. Though my long-term tenants are wonderful people they do not excel at, shall we say, "on-site" situational awareness. Unfortunately this means that light bulbs or alarm batteries are not replaced, boiler filters are not cleaned, and the property has recently suffered a wave of faulty mishaps.But rather than being overwhelmed Gemma has stepped right in and done a professional, polite and efficient job -- recommending what to do, how to go about doing it, and then acting on it. Of course it's still a small sample size but so far I'm very impressed with Gemma. Her sense of caring reflects the best of what Hamptons has to offer. And I hope that she'll be on board for a long time.

My experience with the St.Albans team was very good. I felt that the whole team worked well together with myself on the sale of the house. Obviously there were setbacks and sometimes difficult decisions to make but I well advised and guided by them, resulting in a positive result.
