At first I was a bit intimidated by all the checks and docs required, but once I moved across,Hamptons and Charlie Fleetwood have been so tentative and willing to help. I appreciate their fairness, attention to detail and support in getting the rental apartment ready. The best part has been the great in after service needs, where they provide quick responses and a lot of proactive communication.

As we lived abroad, it was very important to have a good property manager. Fortunately, Petrina has been brilliant. She has dealt with all the issues that have arisen over the years with great efficiency and care. I would definitely recommend her as a property manager!

Hamptons have looked after our flat for many many years now...although I think the fees are high, (I think they are all expensive), the service has always been great. Recently we have had issues with a leak, and our service charge company have not been very helpful.. however Hamptons have been relentless in trying to help us with the issues, and keeping us informed.
