Her efficiency is amazing as is her knowledge of properties.We also always have wonderful results with Holly Erarslan in lettings who really goes the extra mile, also with Elizabeth Kenefick end of Tenancy Team Manager. What a team, couldn’t manage without them.

My property has been managed by Hamptons for nearly 15 years and Annabel from the Islington office has been my property manager for a few years now. She is extremely organised and has handled numerous repairs and renovation projects for me, communicating well at all times. I would thoroughly recommend Hamptons on this basis. Living in Australia, it's reassuring to know that my property is in safe hands with Annabel.

Martin and all the team really worked to understand the house and the sort of buyers that it would suit. They managed all the viewings very efficiently, gave us well-evidenced advice, and when we got an offer that we were happy to accept, they were very responsive in supporting us through every stage of the acceptance to exchange of contracts process.

This is my sixth year of using the Property Management service at Hamptons Banbury for my rental property, and I remain delighted with the quality of service provided. My Property Manager, Max Barnes, is courteous and professional and always responds promptly and effectively to issues raised by me or my tenants. The service is also helpful and proactive with regard to legal compliance issues. I would definitely recommend it.

Following my review of Hamptons Chelsea and their senior head of sales Nick Hubner, I received a formulaic reply from Hamptons saying they were taking my comments seriously and would I email my details for them to contact me, which I did. Guess what? They never contacted me...Definitely very poor follow up and customers' service. Company to be avoided.

Whenever we’ve had an issue with our rental property, Shardai has always been really helpful in providing suggestions that we can do ourselves to help improve it, and if this didn’t work, she would make sure that the relevant people are contacted in a timely manner to help resolve the issue. We have had a great experience with Hamptons. Abi really paid attention to our requirements and found us a suitable property, the move into which, was managed seamlessly. Response and ANY communication within 10 mins, if not immediate, and all dealt with professionally. Night and day difference from any estate agent we have dealt with in the past. GoogleHamptons international has done an excellent job managing my flat for the past 6 years. They are always responsible, reliable and ready to resolve any issue big or small. Chervon Pierre in particular is a very reliable property manager and always keeps me informed. I have other flats managed by other property managers and they don’t come anywhere close to the professional service Chervon and Hamptons provides. I higly recommend Hamptons International and Chervon.
