George was with us every step of the way from marketing the property, through to the buyer raising initial enquiries, and then seeing this through to exchange and completion. Dexters were brilliant helping me sell my flat. From the valuation (which was sensible versus others) to the material they produced (brilliant photos), to the marketing (sent everyone round to have a look so they really knew the flat they were selling) to the sellers they had. Donalina has been instrumental in keeping me updated with an issue I reported around a water leak in a flat above mine. She always called me and for me that’s the best thing about her. So many times I engage with agents who say they’ll call back and it never happens. Not the case with Donalina. Very good 👍🏽.

A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. There is mould growing in the flat and the baby has developed a cough. Subcontractors and Dexters are unable to establish a timeframe to get adequate heating working again. Snow is forecast…..
