Great services and very professional

We recently moved into our new rental house with help from Ashley at Dexters Battersea. Ashley has been super helpful throughout the whole rental process. Very professional, effective, thoughtful, and perfect in following up and giving updates. We are very impressed with the service that Ashley provided. We were dealing with another Real Estate company when looking for a rental house in the same area, and we were so glad that we went with Dexters but not the other company which happened to carry the same house we rented through Dexters!

Dexters - tenants beware

A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. There is mould growing in the flat and the baby has developed a cough. Subcontractors and Dexters are unable to establish a timeframe to get adequate heating working again. Snow is forecast…..

Dexters manages the apartment I rent in Lower Holloway, they are very supportive and quick whenever we signal an issue in the property. Worst estate agency

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.

We are so grateful George at Dexters got in touch directly back in Feb to tell us about the property we have now (finally!) bought. It was just in the nick of time pre-lockdown, we had been looking for months and had grown increasingly impossible to please.
