GoogleI have been renting a property through Benham & Reeves for nearly 2 years now. My property manager, Kayliegh has been amazing, super responsive and available even outside of office hours for some issues that I have had with my flat. In a city full of greedy landlords and even greedier estate agents, I honestly don't have a bad word to say about my experience with this company and I will definitely be using them to rent properties in the future.

GoogleWe have a number of rental properties fully managed by Benhams in Beaufort Park. We have always found them to be extremely professional and offer a personalised service. Rahim Velji (lettings) and the rest of the lettings/maintenance team, always go above and beyond to help us. They have found good tenants who keep the property in excellent condition. Even though you might pay a little bit more in terms of management commission fees, you are paying for the 5* service and a stress-free fully managed service. Thank you Rahim for your hard work.

GoogleI've had a great service from Benham and Reeves from the first day I contacted them re. a rental flat in Feb. 2021 Wesley was exceptionally helpful and efficient as covid measures were still in place. Any maintenance issues are dealt with easily and without delay by Alina. In fact any members of the Benham and Reeves team that I interact with are splendid.

GoogleI was not not very impressed that the apartment was kept vacant for such a long time. There were no communication nor feedback. It was only acted on when we chase. The tenancy agreement was done quite badly, many mistakes and poor communication between sales and operations. Hope this feedback will result in improvement.

However, my interactive with Kayleigh, followed by a long-distance telephone call with her, changed the perception completely. Ever since my property had let out, Kayleigh proved to be a game-changer by paying a courtesy visit to my property and then explained the situations and conditions being occupied by the tenant in details to me, so that I could take immediate action to deal with the tenant. It was at this crucial moment that Kayleigh reached out to me, offering her assistance. I am thankful for Kayleigh comprehensive explanation throughout various stages, insightful and professional advice on property management. I also appreciate Kayleigh's work attitude, as her dedication and efficiency of replying to emails have been truly inspiring.
