GoogleOpening hours is incorrect. No one in this branch on Saturday morning. Tried to call but unable to reach an actual person, only AI taking my message. Was trying to let my flat in the area but reply has been quite slow

However, my interactive with Kayleigh, followed by a long-distance telephone call with her, changed the perception completely. Ever since my property had let out, Kayleigh proved to be a game-changer by paying a courtesy visit to my property and then explained the situations and conditions being occupied by the tenant in details to me, so that I could take immediate action to deal with the tenant. It was at this crucial moment that Kayleigh reached out to me, offering her assistance. I am thankful for Kayleigh comprehensive explanation throughout various stages, insightful and professional advice on property management. I also appreciate Kayleigh's work attitude, as her dedication and efficiency of replying to emails have been truly inspiring.

I am based far away in Singapore, but the team answers all my emails promptly, and professionally. In particular, I would like to especially thank Di Gong and Yoshi Tsuji who have both been excellent and very efficient in handling all the housing matters! GoogleHas great lettings guys who are let down by property manager and vacation department. Very slow return of deposit and repairs. I wouldn't use Benham's again after trying to get our deposit back for over a month so far. They had attempted to take over £1500 of a £2250 deposit citing issues that were reported when we entered the property and reduced the amount down to less than £250 for minor issues ("£120 for scuffs to walls") and still has not returned deposit after 30 days of being out the property and us agreeing to the amount. During tenancy, many things were broken in the brand new build and Benham's were slow to be repair and replace. Landlords and Tenants beware, If you have a choice of agency between Benham Reeves and another. Run to the other! If you do go with Benham's and get Syed as your property manager then your in for a ride.
Hi Brendan, we're sorry you weren't happy at the end of your tenancy but it is standard when you leave, regardless of the agent you use, for a checkout report to be done. You disputed the deposit deductions and this had to be negotiated so a satisfactory end between you and the landlord, we're sorry this took a little longer than expected and I believe you were kept informed throughout this process. I can see everything was finalised last week for you. We wish you well in your new home. - Emily, B&R
