GoogleHung up on me whilst making a telephone bid. Did not attempt to call me back so missed out on the auction. Strangely no issues in taking my deposit upfront though.

GoogleI have used a lot of estate agents in my time and these guys are just terrible. Poor communication, getting everything wrong constantly (even my landlord does not want to do business with them again), not returning phone calls. The referencing process was painful when it did not need to be. Just a constant barrage of mistakes. Never again.... Sam needs retraining.

GoogleKennington Branch - A smooth process with an efficient follow up service once the price was agreed. They were happy to squeeze in additional viewings at short notice and dealt with a bunch of small requests quickly. Ask for Katie, she was superb and fielded calls at all hours.

GoogleAwful - they have to be constantly chased up, didn't include crucial details in our contract, messed up our move in dates, were confusing to deal with, and just never call you back if they're busy/forget to email you things they say they will.
