My Husband and I recently viewed a couple of properties with James from the Knutsford branch and we found him to be very well prepared to answer any specific queries we had about the property itself or the surrounding area including nearby schools and amenities etc, it was clear he knew the property and area inside and out and didn’t hesitate in answering our queries. Prior to viewing, James took time to understand what type of property we were looking for and areas we would consider so he could tailor our property search and only put forward properties we would seriously consider viewing without waisting anyone’s time. I rarely write reviews but I did comment to my husband that after our viewings with James, we felt his professional yet friendly approach really made him stand out amongst other agents. I would highly recommend Savills for those looking for a professional experienced estate agent. Thanks again James

The whole rental process was easy. I called and they were able to arrange a viewing for me around my work schedule. I was shown around the property by Adam and he was so informative, kind and bubbly. He assisted me through the application process and replied to countless emails of me excitedly asking for updates. I received the keys to my new place today and am over the moon.
