From start to finish he was the most communicative agent I've dealt with, keeping us updated constantly without us ever needing to chase. Honestly, he kept us better informed than my own estate agent did, which says a lot. He was always on the other end of the phone or email, quick to respond, and clear about exactly where things stood at every stage. That made a stressful process feel far more manageable. He then went above and beyond on completion day, meeting us at the house after 5pm on a Friday to hand over the keys. That kind of commitment is rare, and it meant we could get in and start our new chapter straight away. Professional, helpful, and genuinely caring about getting the job done properly. There was no attempt to set unrealistic expectations simply to win the instruction. Instead, their advice was grounded in excellent market intelligence, an understanding of the likely buyer profile and a clear view of prevailing market conditions. Communication throughout was exceptional. We always had a good understanding of what was happening, feedback was prompt and relevant, and we felt extremely well informed without ever being overwhelmed by the process. The team also took the time to understand what we wanted from the sale, our timescales and how we wanted the property to be marketed, adapting their approach as circumstances and market conditions evolved. Savills have been exemplary throughout the whole process. I have recommended them to everyone for their practical, helpful and patient approach. In particular James who went above and beyond in what was a very complicated sale. He was patient, pragmatic and resourceful whilst maintaining utmost professionalism. Nothing was too much ( or so it seemed on the surface ! ) and he was so courteous throughout. Savills should be extremely proud to have him. I must also say a huge thanks to Ellis. She set the standard on the outset for how an estate agent should be. Tenacious for your business but doing so in an honest, realistic and ultimately successful manner. Many estate agents make huge promises which come back to bite both buyer and seller, but Ellis delivered on what she said from the outset. A particular shoutout to Freddie who, without her tenacity, I’m convinced that we would not have exchanged in the timeframe we did. After several failed attempts to sell our property with various other agents, Savills seemed our last hope and they really did deliver. Their photography and marketing was exceptional , communication was second to none. Ellis and James were both amazing and worked tirelessly to get viewings on the house and get it under offer. They only made serious viewings eliminating time wasters. I had lost faith in other estate agents and felt that i was not heard or had little involvement.
