GoogleWe want to sincerely thank Adam Walker who responded so quickly in our hour of need to help us secure a high quality rental property at very short notice when our purchase fell through a day before exchange but our sale was going ahead. Without Adam's help we would never moved. We also contacted a couple of other agents about rental properties who hadn't even got off the ground by the time Adam had sorted us out. On contacting Adam he immediately sprung into action and arranged a viewing for us within hours. Once a tenancy was agreed in principle, he again acted with speed and efficiency, supporting our application through the necessary process. In every telephone and email contact he was incredibly positive, professional and the kind of person who 'makes things happen.' Savills is most fortunate to have him on their team. GoogleI recently took on a new rental from Adam, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. As a new parent with a 3-month-old baby, I had very specific needs and concerns when searching for the right property. Adam went above and beyond to truly understand what I was looking for, not just in terms of the property itself but also considering my family’s comfort and safety - the fact we were able to build rapport over our daughters having both been born on the same day was an unexpected bonus! His patience (when it came to a referencing system that struggles with the self employed), attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate our needs were remarkable. On the day of the key handover, he didn't just hand over the keys and leave; they gave me a full tour of the property, carefully explaining how the heating, alarms, and other important systems worked. This was a huge relief, especially with a baby at home, as I needed everything to run smoothly. It’s rare to find such personalised and thoughtful service in this industry - where the attitude is generally hand over the keys and run! . Adam made the entire process stress-free and ensured that my family felt settled and secure in our new home. I highly recommend Adam and the wider Savills team to anyone looking for a letting agent who genuinely cares about their clients (not just landlord!).

GoogleI have been working with Savils since January of this year (2020) to find myself and my family a suitable property. Adam Walker from the lettings team has been incredible, he listened, he advised and he went above and beyond to help us to find the perfect place. He was always smiling and nothing was ever too much trouble. We viewed many properties with Adam and every time he was so accommodating and put us at ease. My family is not a standard family, we have a child with life limiting disabilities and as such our new home had to be a little different. Adam helped us find our forever home. He met up with myself and my partner on more than one occasion so that we could measure up and establish if my daughters equipment would fit and work at the house, he would email out of hours with relevant information regarding properties and was always so kind. I think we owe Adam a large drink or possibly the bottle! After we sealed the deal, so to speak, we then dealt with Marie Varga, she too was also very accommodating, understanding and professional. I can not fault Savils as a company and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a stress free moving experience, let’s face it, moving house can be extremely stressful, but not with Savils. GoogleWe purchased a property through Savills and from beginning to end recieved excellent service. We first contacted Rebecca following the end of lock down and reopening of estate agents and explained our situation that we had just sold our property and we were looking for a suitable property to purchase. From this moment on she went above and beyond, not just adding us to a mailing list like some other agents, but actively keeping us up to date with property coming onto the market which was ideal for our needs and negotiating with sales. She was super responsive even at evenings and weekends and kept us fully up to date through some very stressful periods. The whole team, Ed, Ellis and Sarah went above and beyond to help us and keep us informed and help on our changing situation. The welcome hamper was a massive surprise and really appreciated.
