Absolutely awful customer service, I built a business up over 12 years with over 12000 followers, got up this morning my account closed for an elidged copy right infringement 6 years ago !!! , tried to speak to someone,absolutely useless business support, know one has any answers, never returned emails or messages, Facebook is a dinosaur!!!. TikTok here we come !!!

GoogleIrlams have been one of the most efficient and responsive estate agents I’ve dealt with. Very strong communication, always chasing up queries and updating me regularly. I would highly recommend them. Declan Waters in particular was a great help from the initial viewing to completion. Facebook has censored my account twice because I outwardly oppose their allowed format. It is sad that it openly allows SCAMS, SEX, RACIST POSTINGS, AND LEWDNESS ON ITS MEDIA OUTLET. Yet, positve material that MOTIVATES, EDUCATES, UPLIFTS, AND INSPIRES the mind, body and soul is censored.Zukerberg is a profiteer who benefits from a divisive pathway.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. Absolute shambles of a multi million pound company. My account got hacked and disabled. There was no way of contacting them to resolve it. Tried filling the online form but it did not work. How can a company of this size not have a customer support number or email

You cannot contact any human at meta. There is no email address, no phone number, no chat, nothing.If you have issues with ads, instagram or facebook, you are screwed.I will not spend a dime for ads anymore. If they think, providing customer service is optional, they are sorely mistaken.Ironically, this review is sent to info(at)facebook.com. Nobody is looking at those emails!! 😂

Facebook is very dangerous, someone made a clone of an account for me and writes nasty things to everyone, I sent complaints to Facebook, but they do not delete that account and write that they do not see the violation, although the clone uses my first and last name and my photo

Google5* service from start to finish. Dan dealt with our case and he was brilliant, we had a personal visit because he wanted to put a face to our address, he always kept us in the loop and chased solicitors and estate agents for updates. If we ever come to sell a house again we’ll be using Irlams and asking for Dan especially

It now feels increasingly cluttered with ads and irrelevant content. The app sometimes feels heavy and the notifications are overwhelming. Hopefully, in the future, the user experience will be more comfortable and focused on truly important interactions.

Facebook closed my business account without any explanation but we’re happy to let me run and pay for advertising. There is no way of contacting them to resolve the matter. Not only that but they did the same to my personal account. How can you not have contact details or a live chat with such a large company.

Facebook is a disgrace, they allow paedophilia and scammers yet ban someone for a swear word. They treat adults like children. I've met some incredible people on Facebook but the social network site is full of fake fact checkers. I had an account disabled and having lost both my parents and husband very close together I lost all of my photos and memories.

Never use Facebook for advertising!!!It’s unclear why the advertising account is being blocked. Everything is fine with bank cards and documents, nothing was violated.Sending all the documents leads to nothing, they ask you to send them again. And so it repeats. I can't resolve the issue for about 2 weeksHorrible company and service, NEVER USE FACEBOOK ADVERTISING FOR BUSINESS
