Couldn’t complete our house sale in 6weeks so they cancelled reservation. Unrealistic timescale for a sale and purchase to go through. If you don’t use their solicitor they’ll cancel your reservation.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. HOUSES ARE A JOKE MY 15 YEAR OLD SON COULD DO BETTER. AS FOR THE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR LEE NEEDS ALOT OF TRAINING ON HOW TO LOOK AFTER CUSTOMERS. OVER PROMISING AND UNDER DELIVERING IS A BIG NO NO IN SALES LEE! HOPE YOU LEARN SOMETHING FROM THIS.

Not accepting of BTL buyers, so not only prejudice of landlords but also that of tenants who also have every right to live in a new home.. this shouldn't even be legal.

moved into 3 bed tyrone at hutton park blyth recently.sales staff excellent(kept in touch frequently) most snags dealt with promptly(there were not many to be fair).builders on site are friendly and helpful. messy road leading to our house and needs a tidy up but generally happy.

We’ve just moved into our first home at MacDonald Park. We’ve been really happy with the whole process. No major snags, problems fixed very quickly. Very responsive sales team and site manager. No issues with Customer Care.
