Exceptional service

The whole team at Putterills were great but Sandra Venn was exceptional. We had a long chain which produced lots of issues and numerous delays. Sandra was in a difficult position at times but remained kind, helpful and professional at all times. She singlehandedly saved the whole process when it almost fell through at the final hurdle with a bit of inspired negotiation, which was all her own idea. The service we received was exceptional and, if we are ever brave enough to move again, we wouldn't even think about using anyone but Putterills.

The team in Putterills are really helpful to liaise with the landlord and re-market the property to look for replacement tenants. And within a few weeks the replacement tenants are found.
