GoogleGreat communication from them when we were looking to let a property. No issue's and even received a little care package when moving in. I thought the deodorant included was a nice touch considering we had been moving stuff around all day!
Thank you for the 5* review! Best Wishes.

GoogleHad a very unpleasant buying experience with ABC. The agent Gino called me every day, hassling me for updates despite telling him to contact my solicitors instead as they would have the latest news before I did. He uses very old fashion estate agent techniques. He kept pushing for an unrealistic completion date. But once completed and exchanged, the vendors were still staying at the property for another two weeks because they needed time to pack. Very unorganised and selfish. If buying through this agent, I would suggest to prepare yourself for the hassle they will create.
Dear Customer, I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service. I have checked our records and it appears that we don’t have your name listed as a previous client. On reading your review we have never experienced any clients staying a DAY after completion date as this is a breach of the sales contract. Gino has over 32 Years in the estate agency industry and has never come across anything like this. We pride ourselves in offering an exceptional service and we've been successfully providing this to our local community since opening our doors for business in 2002. We have many clients that come back to us time after time and would not hesitate to recommend us. Should you want to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact us on 01438 811511.
