FacebookPut in an offer on a house , they didn’t even bother to call me to say offer had been refused saw on Rightmove the house was Sold subject to contract, how rude.
Karen, thank you for taking the time to review our company. As you will be aware your offer was well below the asking price and subsequently our vendor chose to reject your offer. Since your low offer was received our vendor was presented with a number of other offers one of which we were instructed to accept. We thank you once again for your feedback.

FacebookIncompetent to the point of negligent. Took my property off the market in December for four months as my buyer failed to get mortgage after mortgage. Due diligence??? A buyer without a mortgage is not a buyer. Sarah the sales manager at Stephensons did however have the good grace to admit they'd made a colossal mess of the non sale.
