GoogleI was looking for a house to buy and met with Jeff Pickett. While the property I ended up buying was not through Jeff, I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service he offers. Informative, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble for him (he even drove me to all the viewings because I was on foot!). He was very efficient when making arrangements for viewing a property, matched my search criteria to new properties as they came to market and responded in detail to my queries. Should my circumstances change I will use Jeff and his fantastic team again and highly recommend Seymours to anyone who wishes to buy or sell a property in the area.

GoogleWe purchased our first property recently from a vendor who was using Seymours. James at Seymours was very efficient and diligent when suggesting properties and very prompt at setting up viewings. Being first time buyers can be very daunting when you are not aware of the process of buying a property but everyone at Seymours was very knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions we had regarding the process. I felt that with Seymours buying a house was what it was supposed to be.... Exciting. Cheers Guys!

GoogleI cant thank the team at Knaphill Seymours enough. I recently purchased my first property through Seymours and right from the start of the process I could see the difference between themselves and their competitors. Jeff, who had the task of finding me a property provided excellent customer service and kept me fully informed of properties not only within my criteria but also properties he felt would be beneficial for me to look at. I can honestly say that if you are looking for property within the local area then there is absolutely no reason to consider any other agents, none of the other agents even bothered calling me about any property and it's no surprise you see Seymours boards surrounding the area!

GoogleMade the mistake of using Purple Bricks to try and sell my house, what a waste of money. With my tail tucked between my legs I went to Seymour’s Knaphill. From start to finish the process was professionally managed, considerate of my needs and ended up selling for more money than Purples Twits said! From Mark Valuing to Jeff selling the expirenace was top draw! Cannot recommend highly enough 6 ⭐️‘s !!!

GoogleI personally by choice would not look to work with with any other agents than Seymours in Knaphill. Throughout the years I have brought and sold properties with this branch; liaising with both Jeff and Mark. Both Jeff and Mark work with the highest level of professionalism and really listen to your requirements. Their level of communication and determination is what has made me return back to them time and time again.
