GoogleI keep getting the newsletter from Seymours even when I have asked them to take me off the subscription list. I tried to unsubscribe several times but the emails are sent from different id's I complained to the Sales Director but to no avail. The only option I have is to complain to ICO

They have a great knowledge of the local area and the local market, and have all the experience necessary to find the right buyer for your property. Seymours found the perfect buyer for our last property, were helpful, communicative and professional throughout the whole process and we cannot thank them enough.

GoogleFrom the start of deciding to move from our current sales agent to Seymours, they have been excellent from the word go. They really did deliver what they promised, my house was sold within the first week of viewings and just after lockdown. The uncertainty in the current market did make me quite nervous but Seymours were always reassuring. They are very responsive and dealt with issues professionally and promptly. The entire team are really an asset to the company, I would definitely recommend using Seymours to anyone in their local and surrounding areas.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe were lucky enough to be buying a house that was being sold through Seymours recently. From the first viewing staff were professional and polite. When we put in our offer the team were amazing, and kept in touch, reassuring us about the process because we were first time buyers. They really impressed me because they periodically checked in with us to keep us up to date on what was happening which was so reassuring. I would definitely recommend working with Seymours, especially as first time buyers, because they were supportive and spelled everything out for us! GoogleA superb service with a good completion time largely due to the fine efforts of our sales progressor, Krisy, who worked like a Trojan chasing the solicitors on both sides, the seller AND us to get problems solved. Thanks for that Krisy. A very fair charge for the selling and attentive to details. I would most certainly use Seymour’s again and would recommend the Knaphill guys and gal to to.

GoogleJeff and his team used their excellent local knowledge to make sure we found a new buyer very quickly after our first buyer pulled out. Given we were selling the property from afar, they managed the visits and kept an eye on the property for us. If you want a team which know the local market, these are your guys.

GoogleHad a great experience with them, they never pushed me to make a quick decision when buying the house they were honest with us from the beginning and very helpful. One thing I would highly suggest is that you need to go with people they recommend as they got everything sorted within 2 weeks
