Google6 star review Seymours Knaphill are simply the most professional agents I've had experience with, in what has been a long search as a buyer. I have been looking in the West End area for a year, so I've had a lot of contact, especially with Ian and Simon but also the whole team. They have at all times gone above and beyond to help, guide and support. The communication has been second to none, they were professional at all times (even when they may have been tired of a picky buyer), friendly, approachable and they're excellent negotiators. In short, they were faultless which is not something I'd say about many estate agents. I would recommend them in a flash to any buyer or vendor.

They were always happy to help even with the smallest of questions. GoogleJeff and Simon supported us through a long drawn out sale process hampered by loosing buyers due to Covid and loosing purchase properties in the process, then finally buying a probate property again impacted by COVID timelines. They were always professional, understanding and had a level of patience I am sure our chain tested at times! Buying and selling homes is an emotional process and the team are sensitive and appreciate this, even dealing with tears. They always followed the new protocols for viewings due to COVID and were supportive and understanding of any restrictions we put in place due to having a newborn. This is the second time we have used Seymours and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them, in particular Jeff who laughed through the awkward moments and diffused many a tricky situation as well as putting up with demanding clients! He made the effort to engage our 3yo in viewings they recognise it’s a big family decision moving home and do it very well.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with multiple teams at Seymours Knaphill. In the sale of my home, Mark, Clive and Ian all made the process painless, during the pandemic uncertainty and, a difficult time for me personally. They were personable, knowledgeable, and available! Not at all like typical agents just after the "sale"! House went on the market with them in Oct last year and by Nov had a "great" buyer - amazing! Clive (and my Conveyancers I might add) were instrumental in helping to close the deal at a good price. Especially after another agent had failed to even get me quality viewings! And then the Lettings team (Thomas, Ashley) were so polite and proactive in assisting in my rental search, helping me to secure the property I wanted in speedy fashion. Simon is the manager and I found his judgement of the market and the advice he gave to be very representative and accurate. He was able to support and manage my expectations effectively throughout the entire process of selling my home. The whole team really pushed for our home to be sold and always made time to answer any questions or concerns I had. They were able to offer efficient and creative solutions when faced with challenges and always remained composed and professional regardless of the pressure they were under. GoogleI worked closely with Jeff throughout our property search. Agents get a bad rep sometimes but I have to say Jeff was great to work with - not at all pushy ever, sharing properties with us that actually met our criteria (including pointing us towards the house we eventually ended up buying which we hadn't spotted!) and then helping us get our purchase over the line. Thanks Jeff - and anyone reading this - give Knaphill Seymours a ring. If Jeff's boss is reading this - give that man a promotion!

Google.. Moving home and finding the right property which meets our needs was always a challenge ! Jeff Pickets took our anxiety away by filtering our search to limited properties and only recommending the right ones ! we always found him professional, polite and honest who was providing insights on property viewings with a deep and thorough knowledge of the Knaphill area. Further up the deal, we received excellent service from Sandra Mitchell who was keeping us up to the date with the purchase of our property and helping us with chasing the solicitors and other estate agents linked in chain throghout until the exchange and completion .. I cannot thank you enough to the Simon and his team especially Jeff and Sandra for the excellent service !! Certainly will be dealing with Seymours in future for any movements on property ladder.

GoogleSeymours Knaphill have been excellent. Staff were friendly and supportive at all times. They achieved a quick sale and then worked tirelessly to keep viewings going after the first sale fell through, so it wasn't long before we had a second offer. Seymours have a dedicated 'back room' team, which means that the agents can focus on the task of getting your property sold. This works very well.

Ian suggested properties to view which matched our brief and the team were very accommodating in helping us fit in viewings. They were very professional and not too pushy. They always got back promptly to answer questions, which hasn't been our experience with other estate agents. Would definitely recommend them.

GoogleThe folks at Seymours have quite frankly been amazing. We entered what we all thought would be an easy sale, and it turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. Our first sale fell through at the last minute, through no fault of Seymours, but they stuck by us and worked hard to get us a second sale in difficult times for home buyers. Then, when it looked like our second sale was also a bust, Krisy donned her superhero cape and fought relentlessly to pursue a completion, which we got thanks to her tireless efforts and infinite patience. The folks at Knaphill work hard for their commission, and they are worth every penny. And best of all, they are genuine human beings who care about their clients. I think we interacted all of them over the course of our selling saga, and they were all fantastic at their jobs, professional but friendly. It was so worth going with Seymours over an online estate agent, especially with all the trouble we had. You never know when things will go wrong, but Seymours will have your back the whole way.
