TrustpilotUNREALIBLE UNTRUSWORTHY AGENCY
In my experience this is one of those BAD estate agents that can not be trusted! The estate agents job is to mediate between the vendor and the seller they failed to do that! It is very frustrating when to deal with an agency that do not call back or can not be trusted when you put an offer on a property. Avoid if you can.

I cannot thank everyone at Seymour’s surbiton enough, with massive thanks especially to Nick,Sam and Jenny. Selling my late mums home has been very emotional but I feel Seymour’s understood that , and I felt nothing was too much trouble, Thank you seymours

Seymours cost me the best part of a 100 grand by not getting my property over the line before the Truss crash. Not entirely their fault I know but they over valued and then had to keep reducing but failed to sell it. I wouldn’t use them again.
Sorry to hear that Graham, It was definitely a very tricky time! Market volatility driven by political unrest can destroy buyer confidence almost to the point that a price point no longer has influence. Really frustrating for everyone involved. We try our best to make any property transaction a pleasurable one, but sometimes market forces conspire against us. We do appreciate you taking the time out of your day to make a review and if we can find ways to lessen market frustrations we will.

Using them for both a buy and sale, so far at least, they have been most responsive and helpful and importantly, pro-active. Just what you would want from an Estate Agent but sadly, often quite rare.

It was a very quick and well organised process. My buyers "moved the goal posts" a couple of times which was quite challenging for me but James and Clare had it all in hand and everything went smoothly on moving day.
Despite popular beliefs, goalposts are never static, they seem to have a habit of moving all over the place. Fortunately, we're quite good at chasing them down! Thanks for the review Jane, it's been a pleasure to work with you.

I was asked to pay a £250 deposit to secure a flat that the seller then pulled out of and Seymours kept MY £250 depiste me still wanting to proceed. How can they keep MY money when I wasn't the one who backed out?
