Roof is falling apart and leaking when the house is 4 years old. Avoid like the plague.
Hi Kirsty, we provide a 2year warranty and a further 8 year structural warranty (provider dependent on site). Feel free to contact us to get the details of the warranty provider if you do not have these.

Where do I begin we’ve had our home just under 2 years and it has been a fantastic experience. The ashwood homes team made the whole process from start to finish a breeze. The home itself is beautiful and we could t ask for anything more. Any questions or queries Iv had along the way have been dealt with in a very professional manner and any snags needed to be completed have been done so in good time with the work completed to a high standard I could not recommend Ashwood homes anymore.

I came across Ashwood Homes and saw the house I wanted to buy,As soon as I arrived in the UK I arranged to go and view the property within 48 hours. I decided then I wanted to purchase it.The process only took 4 weeks and I am now happily settled in my new home. GoogleVery small portion for a roast dinner tasted ok but two small roast potatoes ! that wasnt that roasted they said that’s their portion size they serve , came out feeling hungry !

We had our Ashwood home for just over 3 years. We loved our house and found the quality was great and the value for money was spot on. The houses were not all “rammed in” like a typical new build estate, we had nice carpets, a decent sized garden and branded appliances. Couple of little niggles like every brand new house, they are built by hand so there is often imperfections, this is to be expected! Thanks for our lovely 3 years!

We purchased our new home in Langtoft in November 2024. Like any new build we had a snagging list which was mainly cosmetic but the service we received from the maintenance men was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and was done very soon after reporting.

Can I say a big thank you for completing our snagging list without any drama’s what so ever, everyone of the various tradesmen from the different companies turned on time and completed their jobs and cleaned up after themselves,But my biggest thank you ( and I wished I could remember his name ) is to the guy who works for yourself and was at our house on 17th Feb filling cracks and touching up paintwork he did a brilliant job and is a credit to your company.Nick

Trustpilotgarden flooded and had to fix myself as no contact
its been a year and only got back to me twice. ive chased up more times than i can remember. my garden is severely water logged and because you havent been out after 6 months i have now paid someome to do the job for me. cost was in the 1,000s the landscaper i used said the top soil was not down to 100mm which is what it should be and was just clay on top, hence the flooding and drainage issuies. when he dug it up there was rubble and waste to be found aswell. i first emailed in december last year took 4 months to get a reply. after a few emails you sent someone to come and have a look again didnt show and the day he did luckily i was at home. he recommended to me it needs re doing but after that no response and there only so long you can wait. after work was done i emailed saying maybe you could offer some money back as ive had to get people in. the reply was "ill will ask the relevant people and get back to you"again no response. i really like my house ive had no isuuies other than the garden. the sales team were great but im afraid since you have let yourselves down.....
