GoogleLeanne came to our house to value it. Her knowledge, friendliness and professionalism combined with a very realistic valuation to fit our 'need to sell QUICK' were excellent. Our house sold in 24 hours. We couldn't be happier with the service we have received from both Leanne and Emma at the Linthwaite office so far.

GoogleLeanne at the Linthwaite office was absoloutly brilliant, along with Emma. Leanne came and valued our house and was very confident it would sell quickly.She was right it sold within the week.Both Leanne and Emma looked after us and even though the whole process was a long drawn out process , Leanne and Emma put us at ease every time we phoned or called in the office with a problem and we had many ups and downs. I would highly recommend Ryder and Dutton to anyone .
